Can I share my login with a friend?
No, each membership is single-session, meaning only one device can be signed in at a time. Signing in on a second device signs the first one out automatically.
What happens right after I pay?
You'll get a receipt from Stripe. If you don't already have a Top Candidate account, create one using the same email you paid with, confirm it, then sign in, your membership will be attached to that account. If you already have an account, just sign in.
What if I'm not sure this is worth it?

Can I get a refund?
Memberships and the digital guide are non-refundable once purchased, since they unlock digital content immediately. Full details are on our policies page.
What's the actual difference between monthly and one-time?
Same Board Ready Apps, same trainers, same basic courses. The one-time plan is a single payment with no recurring charge, and adds the premium course library and the digital recruitment guide, monthly is lower commitment but doesn't include either and continues billing until you cancel.

No. Every course, rubric, and scoring model here was built by Nick from real years running interviews, coaching candidates, and sitting on hiring panels, not generated by a chatbot. The automated scoring in the trainers reads your answer for structure, ownership language, and STAR components using rules Nick designed, it's not a generic AI opinion of your career. Nothing here replaces working directly with him, the tools just let you practice on your own time before or between sessions.
